Protected Properties

CPF owns 15 properties that total 430 acres in the Village and Town of Cazenovia. Six of these properties host 15 miles of public recreational trails. Other properties are owned to protect wetland values and open space. From time to time, land owners donate properties to CPF to use as tradelands, or for sale with the proceeds going to CPF to further our conservation work.
