Trail Work Thursday

  • 10 Mill Street Cazenovia, NY, 13035 United States (map)

Join us on the last Thursday of each month, April through October, for Trail Work Thursdays—a fun and rewarding way to care for your local trails and connect with fellow community members.

Each month, we meet at 4:30 PM in the St. Peter’s Church parking lot at 10 Mill Street in Cazenovia, to organize tools, form work crews, and head out for a couple of hours of trail maintenance. No experience needed—just a willingness to help out.

After the work is done, CPF invites you to wind down with good company and refreshments—courtesy of a CPF Board member.

This week, at 6:30 p.m. we'll gather at the New Woodstock Bandstand for music by Route 66 as part of the Concert in the Park Series. CPF will provide light snacks, and board member Jack Stevens will supply beverages. Bring a lawn chair or blanket.

Planned Projects for June 26:

  • Honeysuckle pruning at the Schapiro Farm

  • Gorge Trail Gateway - planting, weeding, mulching

  • South Trail Fence repair & Fairchild Hill Sign - digging post holes

  • Willow Patch/Place - knotweed removal and trimming

What to bring (if you have them):
